The Institute, Acropolis Institute of Technology and Research, is run by Society named 

Teach For India Education and Research Samiti. The overall responsibility of the operations of the laboratory is on the CEO/Management staffs who are supported by a team of dedicated and trained staff. The overall technical functioning, which includes testing is monitored jointly by Technical Manager and Quality Manager who are assisted by trained staff. The performance of the staff is monitored by Technical manager and Quality Manager. The sum total of experience of our Management staff is >10,000 man days.

Mr. Ashish Sojatia – Group Chairman

He has overall responsibility for smooth functioning of the organization and provide leadership as head of the institute and also to formulate Quality Policy, Quality Objective and providing resource for adequate functioning of Quality Management System. He is B.E. and M.B.A. He has worked as General Manager at Gazibo Industries, Moscow.

Dr. S. K. Sohani – HOD & Quality Manager 

Ph.D. (IIT Delhi), M.E. (Civil Engg), About 33 years rich experience.  

Prof. S. K Sohani had been 

  1.  In R&D as Senior Scientist with CSIR and MoEF, Govt. of India 
  2.  In Teaching and Administration in Higher Education/ University, and also 
  3.  In Consulting as Architect-cum-Engineer. 

Areas of Interest: Construction Planning & Management, Water Resources Engineering, Hydraulic Structures, Canal Design and Command Area Development, Irrigation Management, Planning and Designing of Large Buildings and Complexes, Construction Project Management, Construction Quality Monitoring, Advance Surveying, Geotechnical Investigations and Material Testing, Green Building. Quality Norms of ISO and NABL Recognition Systems, Academic Administration.

Er. Sharad Naik – Sr. Technical Advisor, Co-Ordinator of Testing Labs and Technical Manager 

BE- Civil About 35 years rich experience. 

Specialization: Trained External Assessor And Internal Auditor For ISO : IEC 17025:2005 For Quality Management System For Testing Laboratory In Civil Engineering Field.

Strategic Planning: Establishing Various Implementation Strategies For Achievement Of The Project Targets.

Project Management: Overseeing Project Activities From Conceptualization To Execution Including Finalization Of Technical Specifications, Procurement, / Supply Of Materials, Stage Inspections, Scheduling, Progress Monitoring, Site Management And Manpower Planning. 

Team Management: Providing Direction, Motivation, & Training To The Team For Ensuring Optimum Performance, Design & Implementation Of Performance Management System For All The Team Members.
