  • Providing valuable feedback on service and related issues to the customers;
  • Implementing a management system for achieving quality goals;
  • Ensuring that all laboratory personnel concerned with testing activities familiarize themselves with the quality documentation and implement them in their work;
  • Committed to comply with requirements of ISO/IEC 17025:2005 and continual improvement in quality management systems


QUALITY OBJECTIVES

  • To reduce customer complaints by 50% per annum.
  • To achieve over 95% on-time completion of jobs.
  • To increase the customer satisfaction above 80%.
  • To Improve & update the knowledge and analytical skills by imparting training to the Lab staff. The training period is minimum 30 man-days/year for newly appointed staff member and minimum 10 man T days/years for existing staff member.
