What does a Sleep Coordinator do?

The Customer Service Coordinator role at HME Specialists is a dynamic position that requires a deep understanding of sleep therapy orders, qualifications, and insurance requirements to guarantee seamless claim submissions. Proficiency in Brightree is essential as you will be tasked with reviewing accounts and addressing inquiries from patients and caregivers throughout the sleep order process. This position involves liaising with multiple sleep centers, identifying processing delays, and proactively communicating with managers to optimize efficiency. Serving as the primary contact for sleep centers and HME account representatives, you will play a vital role in providing order status updates from receipt to setup, ensuring a smooth and customer-centric experience for all involved.
