We’re actively hiring Entry-Level Customer Service & Brand Ambassadors to represent nationally recognized consumer brands at live events , in-store promotions , and retail pop-up locations .
This is a high-energy, interactive position— no cold calling, no desk work . You’ll be out in the field building real connections, creating memorable customer experiences, and helping brands grow through face-to-face engagement.

Deliver excellent customer service at live events and retail promotions
Represent major national brands with professionalism and enthusiasm
Educate and engage customers through in-person interactions
Assist with event setup , display presentation, and breakdown
Collect customer feedback and support campaign performance tracking
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth, successful events
Must be 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
High school diploma or GED required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly, professional, and confident working with the public
Availability for weekends and rotating shifts
Prior experience in retail, sales, hospitality , or customer service is a plus—but not required
Must be comfortable in fast-paced, people-facing environments
