Morozko Customer Success Assistant – Part-time Job Description
The Customer Success Assistant (CSA) will support Sales, Shipping and Service at Morozko Forge. The CSA will report to Operations Engineer and coordinate with the Sales Director, Service Director, and Shipping Manager by providing administrative assistance, customer communications, gathering and organizing information and documenting customer communications & sales data flows, and other tasks as directed to ensure smooth function of Sales, Shipping, & Service.
Responsibilities
• Sales Administration : Perform administrative sales tasks including order and invoice creation, updating internal documentation, producing reports, CRM data entry in wix, and all support internal communications associated with customer orders.
• Post-Sale Customer Communication : Complete post-sale follow up calls, according to call scripts written by the Sales Director, to document customer expectations, perform market research, collect shipping details, complete missing order information, offer information on accessories and installation instructions, collect customer inquires and document concerns.
• Data Management : Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions. Update and manage the CRM system with relevant information. Generate and analyze sales-related data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaboration and Teamwork : Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, production, and product development, to provide feedback on customer needs, market trends, and competitor insights. Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment.
• Support Production of Marketing & Sales Publications : Coordinate with Morozko Owned Media team to support production of sales brochures and other collaterals that support marketing, sales, and ecstatic customers.
• Perform other admin tasks as directed including preparation of expense, travel or other reports, facilitate travel and/or procurement, support shipping of parts, components, or accessories, gather online service quotes, and facilitate communication among contractors, Morozko staff, and vendors.
Role Description
This full-time, on-site role located in Phoenix, AZ requires someone who is passionate about helping customers succeed with their Morozko ice bath experience. The Customer Success Assistant is responsible for a wide range of tasks, including customer support and outreach, order processing, inventory management, and basic bookkeeping. A successful candidate will be proactive and organized, with strong communication skills and the ability to multitask.
