Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Plan and Dispatch Routes : Assign and schedule drivers to make sure deliveries are picked up and dropped off on time, while following safety and DOT rules.
• Support and Communicate with Drivers : Help drivers understand their routes, paperwork, and safety expectations; train them on tools and systems when needed.
• Work with the Team to Improve Operations : Team up with supervisors and planners to solve problems, find better ways to do things, and keep everything running smoothly using transportation software.
