Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and energetic Events Assistant to support our event planning and execution team. You will assist in the coordination of all event-related activities, from logistics and vendor communication to on-site support and post-event analysis. This role is ideal for someone passionate about events, enjoys working in fast-paced environments, and thrives on organization and communication.
Responsibilities
Assist in the planning and execution of events, including venue setup, equipment rentals, and catering coordination
Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and event partners to ensure smooth logistics
Maintain detailed event documentation, timelines, and checklists
Support on-site event management including guest check-in, troubleshooting, and coordination
Monitor event budgets and report on expenses
Collaborate with internal departments to align event goals with brand vision
Assist in gathering feedback and creating post-event reports
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred
1+ year of experience in event coordination, hospitality, or administrative support
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
Proficient in Microsoft Office and event management tools
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
