What You’ll Do 🚀

  • Drive Frontend Development 🛠️: Build, refine, and enhance our consumer-facing dashboards, annotation tools, and other web components. You’ll contribute clean, performant, and intuitive UIs that turn complex workflows into seamless user experiences.
  • Own Features End-to-End 📦: Take on projects with a focus on full-cycle development—planning, implementation, testing, and deployment—while collaborating with senior team members for support and guidance.
  • Collaborate and Share Knowledge 👩‍🏫: Work closely with backend engineers, product managers, and designers to deliver cohesive products. You’ll also have the opportunity to support and guide more junior peers, fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Elevate the User Experience 🎨: Bring a strong design sense to your code, ensuring our B2C interfaces are both visually appealing and user-friendly. Your creativity will help shape how users interact with AI-driven systems.
  • Adapt and Problem-Solve 🧠: Operate in a fast-paced startup setting where priorities can shift quickly. You’ll tackle challenges head-on and help drive real solutions, making a meaningful impact on our evolving product.

Who You Are 🌟

  • Proficient Frontend Engineer 🖥️: You have 4+ years of experience building modern web applications using JavaScript, React, and Node.js. You’re comfortable navigating the full development cycle in a growing environment.
  • Team Player with Initiative 🤝: You’re eager to take ownership of medium-to-large projects and enjoy working cross-functionally to overcome obstacles. You’re approachable and willing to learn—and share what you learn with others.
  • Startup-Ready Mindset 💡: You thrive in agile, fast-moving teams. Whether it’s proposing new ideas or jumping in to solve unexpected issues, you’re always ready to roll up your sleeves.
  • UX-Focused Developer 🎨: You care about crafting smooth, user-centric interfaces. You understand the value of polished, intuitive designs and work to ensure an excellent user experience across all devices.
  • Adaptable Problem-Solver 💼: You take ownership of your work and confidently handle shifting priorities. You enjoy turning ambiguity into action items, staying flexible in a dynamic, evolving landscape.

Bonus Points ✨: We are especially excited to hear from polyglot engineers who thrive in diverse technical environments and bring expertise in multiple programming languages to solve complex problems.

Perks & Benefits 🎉

  • Competitive Salary & Equity 💸: Get rewarded with meaningful compensation and early-stage equity.
  • Trailblazer Opportunity 🌠: Be a pivotal part of our well-funded, high-potential startup.
  • Flexible Work Environment 🏠: We combine the flexibility of remote work with regular in-person collaboration. We are focusing on hiring candidates located in (or open to relocating to) the Greater Seattle Area.
  • Health is Wealth 🩺: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance.
