We are on a mission to make education more accessible and impactful for students worldwide. This is your chance to join a dynamic, venture-backed startup at an exciting stage and help build something truly transformative at the intersection of education and technology.

Since launching in 2019, we've helped millions of students build confidence in STEM subjects, from algebra to quantum mechanics. We've also created the world's largest STEM video library and raised over $26M in funding to fuel our growth. Our ultimate goal is to become the leading platform in the ed-tech space.

We are seeking a Growth Product Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth. In this position, you will collaborate closely with our Head of Product, founders, CEO, and executive team to achieve ambitious revenue goals.

If you are passionate about scaling educational tools to reach billions of students globally, thrive in fast-paced environments, and are ready to push your limits, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

What You'll Do:

Define and execute the company's growth strategy to meet revenue targets.
Lead cross-functional teams to implement and manage growth initiatives.
Optimize the revenue funnel, focusing on customer acquisition, retention, and upsell opportunities.
Use data-driven insights to identify and execute on product improvements that drive growth.
Work collaboratively across engineering, marketing, and sales teams to align efforts and achieve shared goals.

What We're Looking For:

Strong analytical skills, with a focus on key metrics and data to drive decisions.
Creative problem-solving skills to uncover growth opportunities and run tests.
Experience in marketing, product development, and user experience enhancement to drive product-market fit.
Ability to work effectively with diverse teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment toward common goals.
A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in growth product management for consumer subscription startups or similar businesses.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to align stakeholders around growth objectives.
An entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
A hands-on attitude, eager to learn and apply insights to what works and what doesn't.

About the Role: This position requires someone who can balance strategic thinking with practical execution. You'll need to experiment quickly, iterate on strategies, and discover what most effectively drives product growth. It's a role that requires strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration, ensuring that product features meet user needs and align with business objectives.

Why Join Us?

Innovation: Be part of a growing company shaping the future of education with cutting-edge technology.
Flexibility: Work remotely from anywhere.
Impact: Help scale educational solutions to 2 billion students globally.
Teamwork: Collaborate with a passionate, high-performing team focused on driving growth and impact.
