Job Description

The Ford Agency is actively recruiting for an experienced HR professional to join a well-established investment firm based in Bethesda. This role will report to the HR Director and oversees employee relations, benefits, compensation, and will help with other HR strategies and initiatives. This is an exciting role for an HR professional with previous corporate or professional services experience who is looking to join a forward thinking and cohesive team that is focused on employee engagement and being a top employer.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Respond to and connect with employees about a variety of HR topics
  • Collaborate with leadership on initiatives and processes
  • Assist with developing and implementing employee focused HR strategies
  • Contribute to benefits and 401k administration, including working with brokers, and assisting with open enrollment

Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 8+ years of high level HR experience
  • Professional services experience strongly preferred
  • Experience with employee relations required
  • Knowledge of compensation practices
  • Experience with benefits administration
  • Proficiency in MS Office

Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.
