•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
•In-depth knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
•Strong ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
•Proficiency in HR software systems preferred (ADP, Oracle).
•Familiarity with visa and immigration processes (e.g., H-1B, L-1, E-2) is preferred.

•Proven experience in a multicultural workplace with strong cross-cultural communication abilities.
•Positive and proactive mindset with a solutions-oriented approach.
•Previous HR experience within a related industry is highly desirable.
•Strong HR analytics capabilities for data-driven decision-making.
•Knowledge of company insurance policies, including Workers’ compensation, safety regulations, and OSHA documentation.
Responsibilities:
•Manage daily, weekly, and monthly HR administrative functions.
•Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
•Oversee new hire orientation and onboarding programs.
•Draft, review, and administer employment offers for new hires, promotions, transfers, and compensation adjustments.
•Provide consultation to managers on salary structures, workforce planning, and HR-related issues.
•Administer employee benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, life, STD, LTD, AD&D, 401(k), , FMLA and PTO.
•Serve as the primary point of contact for benefits and payroll-related inquiries.
•Support managers in succession planning and workforce development initiatives.
•Develop, review, and implement HR policies, including compensation frameworks, performance evaluation systems, and staffing strategies.
•Prepare HR reports to ensure compliance with local and corporate policies.
•Act as a liaison between the headquarters HR team and U.S. subsidiaries.
•Offer strategic guidance on policy interpretation and employee relations to managers and staff.
•Drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture and productivity.
•Lead talent management and development programs to support organizational growth.
•Implement diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) strategies to enhance workplace dynamics.
