Job Description

Our highly reputable client is seeking an In-House Attorney with 4+ years of experience , ideally in litigation, copyright, or entertainment law to join their team in a direct-hire role.
This role supports a high-volume caseload including infringement, arbitration, contracts, and royalty disputes. Candidates must be organized, proactive, and confident managing cases independently.
This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented legal professional looking to build a long-term in-house legal career in the Nashville market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage legal disputes including infringement, arbitration, and IP matters
• Draft and review contracts and agreements
• Provide internal legal guidance to various departments
• Collaborate with external counsel and internal stakeholders
• Conduct legal research and draft memoranda

Qualifications:

• JD and bar admission in TN or NY (or eligibility for in-house counsel in TN)
• 4+ years of relevant legal experience (litigation or music/entertainment law preferred)
• Strong communication, legal writing, and negotiation skills
• Must work onsite 3 days/week (hybrid, no remote option)

Location: Nashville, TN - hybrid schedule with 3 days in office
Length of role: Permanent
Salary Range: $120k-$140k salary + bonus opportunity
