Job Description


Position Summary: The NY Agency Service Representative will build rapport to develop or strengthen quality client relationships with Agents. This role is responsible for networking while maintaining positive relationships with current Agents. Prior experience in a title agency is preferred.

Essential Functions:

  • Develops and maintains agency relationships.
  • Instructs agency personnel in the use of the company's online tools and the submission of agency reports.
  • Acts as a liaison between the company and agents and trade organizations.
  • Uses various sources to generate lists of new business prospects.
  • Generates interest in Westcor through scheduling appointments, facilitating presentations, and building rapport to gain an understanding of the client’s needs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure the expansion of Expands' sales for existing accounts.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.

Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate orally. The employee uses hands and fingers to type, handle, and reach. Operating office machinery such as a computer, phone, copier, printer, etc. is necessary in the commission of daily duties. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Salary Range: $80,000.00 to $100,000.00 (annually).
* Incentive package to be discussed and based on experience.
