Pause Miami is seeking a dynamic and community-driven Creative Coordinator to support local marketing efforts for Coral Gables, Brickelle, and Sunset Harbor in the Miami area. This position will play a key role in managing and growing the Pause Miami Instagram account (representing all locations), curating and organizing local user-generated content (UGC), coordinating influencer relations, and assisting in the planning and execution of events and studio partnerships.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role ideal for someone who is passionate about wellness, invested in the wellness community, involved and connected in the wellness community, highly organized, and excited about building local brand visibility through social and in-person activations.

You will report to the Studio Owner, Whitney Culp and collaborate closely with the Pause Corporate Marketing Team to align on brand initiatives, leverage national partnerships, and activate them locally in an impactful way.

Key Responsibilities

1. Localized Marketing Execution

  • Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns specific to your location, including social content, in-studio activations, and wellness events
  • Collaborate with the Studio Owner/Manager and Corporate team to align local initiatives with national brand direction

2. Content Creation

  • Produce short-form content for social platforms (Instagram, Facebook), including Reels, Stories, and photo/video captured from in-studio experiences and external events
  • Contribute to localized content needs such as presale updates, member spotlights, and/or co-branded partner moments. Corporate will supply most of the brand-wide content calendar but you’ll be responsible for tailoring and supplementing content to reflect what's happening at the franchise studios.
  • Create flyers and other promotional materials on an as needed basis in alignment with brand design standards.

3. Copy & Scheduling Support

  • Implement social posts based on provided captions and calendar direction from corporate
  • Light copywriting for community-specific needs (e.g., grassroot events, partner callouts, local social/email content)

4. Managing UGC Relationships & Supporting Influencer Relationships 

  • Collect, organize, and share user-generated content (UGC) from clients, team members, and community events to support ongoing social media efforts.
  • Support influencer engagement by helping schedule visits, preparing in-studio experiences, and coordinating content capture during their sessions.
  • Maintain positive relationships with local influencers, ensuring timely follow-up, content sharing, and a consistent on-brand experience.

5. Social Engagement & Performance Support

  • Actively engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and tags
  • Track basic performance metrics (reach, saves, likes) and share insights with studio leadership and the corporate team

6. Partnership Development & Event Planning 

  • Help identify and build relationships with local businesses, wellness brands, and community organizations that align with Pause 
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with existing partners to ensure continued collaboration and mutual value
  • Assist in brainstorming, planning, and executing new event concepts and co-branded experiences that drive community engagement and studio foot traffic
  • Work with studio leadership and the Corporate Marketing Team to align local initiatives with brand standards and broader campaigns

Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in content creation, social media, or community/event marketing
  • Strong understanding of Instagram and short-form video trends
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and deeply involved in local events and culture
  • Experience with Figma and/or Canva 
  • Familiarity with Monday’s or other social media and project management tools is a plus
  • Experience working in wellness, hospitality, or fitness is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team, with flexibility for evening and weekend events
  • Personal vehicle and valid license/insurance required (local travel between studio and events as needed)
