This Registered Nurse position requires a minimum of two years of Emergency Room experience and is a 36-hour per week night shift (7 PM - 7 AM) role with weekend and holiday rotation. The RN will provide skilled nursing care to patients in a fast-paced environment, requiring strong communication and collaboration skills. COVID-19 vaccination and booster are required.

Responsibilities:
- Providing skilled nursing care to patients in the Emergency Room.
- Performing patient assessments and administering medications.
- Developing and implementing treatment plans.
- Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team.
- Maintaining accurate patient records.
- Responding effectively to emergency situations.
- Participating in weekend and holiday rotations.
Required Skills & Certifications:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts.
- Minimum of two years of Emergency Room experience.
- BLS, ACLS, TNCC, and PALS certifications (AHA).
- COVID-19 vaccination and booster.
- Completion of a BILH Coversheet.
- Must not have worked permanently or as a traveler for any Beth Israel facility within the past year.
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
