We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with 15+ years of strong functional and technical expertise in SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules. Candidate must have minimum 2 full-cycle implementations or rollouts in SAP S/4HANA Finance . The ideal consultant should be local to NJ and available for full-time onsite work.
Key Responsibilities:Lead the Finance and Controlling workstream in an S/4HANA implementation
Conduct business workshops and gather requirements
Configure and customize FI/CO modules in S/4HANA (GL, AP, AR, AA, CO-PA, CO-OM, etc.)
Collaborate with business users and technical teams to ensure solutions align with business goals
Support integrations with other modules (MM, SD, PP, etc.)
Perform testing (Unit, UAT), cutover activities, and provide post go-live support
Provide documentation, training, and knowledge transfer to business stakeholders
15+ years SAP FICO functional experience
2+ full life cycle implementations in S/4HANA Finance
Strong knowledge of:
General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA)
Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Internal Orders, Profitability Analysis (CO-PA), Product Costing
Hands-on configuration in S/4HANA 1709/1809/2020/2022 versions
Excellent communication and client interaction skills
Must be able to work 100% onsite in NJ
