Growing together.** This position is full-time (40 hours/week) Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of (8:00am - 5:00pm EST). It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime. Training will be conducted virtually from your home. We offer weeks of on-the-job training. The hours during training will be 8:00am to 5:00pm EST, Monday - Friday. You'll enjoy the flexibility to telecommute* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. **Primary Responsibilities:** + Act as the main point of contact during the onboarding process + Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables for new / existing client implementations. + Ensuring projects stay on schedule and within scope, adjusting as necessary + Collaborate with internal teams (such as sales, product, and support) to ensure a smooth transition from sales to implementation + Coordinate resources and communicate project requirements with relevant departments + Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients and internal teams regarding project status, milestones, and any issues that arise. + Set and manage client expectations throughout the implementation process. + Generate regular status reports and provide updates to stakeholders on project progress and key metrics. + Identify and address potential risk and issues that could impact the implementation process + Gather feedback from client's post-implementation to identify areas for improvement + Provide additional support after the initial launch to ensure clients are comfortable + Transition clients to the support team for ongoing assistance once implementation phase is complete. You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in. **Required Qualifications:** + High School Diploma/GED OR equivalent work experience + Must be 18 years of age OR older + 2 years+ of workers' compensation Optum/OWCA experience + General understanding of internal applications such as, Federal Environment, VitalPoint and CarePoint. + Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio + Ability to travel domestically up to 25% of the time + Ability to work full time, Monday-Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of (8:00am - 5:00pm EST). **Telecommuting Requirements:** + Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable) + Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy. + Must live in a location that can receive a UnitedHealth Group approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service. **Soft Skills:** + Ability to plan, prioritize, organize and complete work to meet established objectives and timelines + Demonstrate ability to listen skillfully, collect relevant information, build rapport and respond to customers and team members in a compassionate manner + Proficient communication skills to respond professionally and timely + Must have a strong attention to detail + Excellent organizational skills + Ability to work effectively and cooperatively in a team or independently + High degree of initiative and independent judgment + Ability to multitask and prioritize work with minimal supervision + Ability to handle confidential information with integrity + Proven time management, planning and prioritization skills + Ability to work well with many levels of personnel + Follow all UHG eligibility requirements *All employees working remotely will be required to adhere to UnitedHealth Group's Telecommuter Policy Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $28.27 - $50.48 per hour based on full-time employment.
