Description We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior Ironclad CLM Implementation Specialist to join our Applications team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of business process optimization, stakeholder management, and technical configuration, especially within the Ironclad Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform. As a key member of our implementation team, you will drive full lifecycle deployments of Ironclad CLM-from discovery and design through configuration, testing, launch, and support. You'll collaborate with Legal, Procurement, Sales Ops, IT, and other business stakeholders to streamline and automate the contract lifecycle while aligning system capabilities with enterprise needs. What You'll Do + Lead Ironclad CLM Implementations: Own and execute end-to-end project plans for Ironclad CLM implementations and enhancements. + Solution Design & Architecture: Translate business requirements into functional designs and technical configurations within Ironclad, including workflows, metadata models, templates, approval routing, and integrations. + Stakeholder Management: Partner with legal, sales, procurement, and compliance teams to understand business needs and deliver tailored CLM solutions. + Configuration & Customization: Configure Ironclad features such as Workflow Designer, Launch Forms, Repository Fields, and Document Generation logic. + Integration Support: Collaborate with integration teams to connect Ironclad with systems like Salesforce, Workday, DocuSign, SSO, or other ERP/CRM platforms. + Testing & Training: Lead UAT efforts, develop test plans, and deliver training to end-users and admins to drive adoption and self-sufficiency. + Change Management: Provide documentation, communication, and post-go-live support to ensure seamless transitions and high user satisfaction. + Continuous Improvement: Monitor system performance and usage metrics to recommend enhancements and drive optimization. Requirements + 3+ years of hands-on experience implementing or supporting Ironclad CLM. + Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management processes, especially in Legal, Procurement, and Sales contexts. + Demonstrated expertise with Ironclad's Workflow Designer, Contract Repository, Metadata Management, and Document Automation. + Experience with API-based integrations, SSO configurations, and working with tools like Salesforce, Workday, or DocuSign is a plus. + Proven ability to work across both functional and technical domains. + Strong project management skills-organized, deadline-driven, and excellent at context-switching. + Experience collaborating with legal, procurement, sales ops, and IT stakeholders. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Nice to Have + Familiarity with CLM solutions beyond Ironclad (e.g., Salesforce, Deltek, Workday) + Knowledge of contract management compliance and risk mitigation principles. + Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies or change management frameworks.
