An Aerospace company is looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to join their Talent Acquisition Team in El Segundo.
Job Description:
- Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for aerospace engineering positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract highly qualified candidates in the aerospace sector.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide expert guidance on recruitment best practices.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and industry-specific platforms, to identify potential candidates.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including technical evaluations and behavioral interviews, to ensure a strong fit with company culture and job requirements.
- Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and a positive experience.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on recruitment metrics and progress.
This position has a 9/80 schedule and is fully onsite.
Pay Rate: $50/hr - $65/hr.

Skills and Requirements
-Minimum 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, including extensive sourcing experience.
- 3 + Aerospace & Defense OR manufacturing engineering experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills & high EQ. - Greenhouse ATS experience.
- Previous experience working at a staffing agency.
- Data-driven: must have a strong understanding of their personal funnel metrics, conversion rates, time to fill, offer acceptance, etc. and use these data points to drive collaboration and decision-making with stakeholders.
- Must be scrappy, resourceful, agile.
- Prefer startup experience or experience in an environment that is extremely fast-paced, dynamic and ever-evolving
- Has a builder mentality; excellent problem-solver
- Strategic combines a consistent, structured approach to recruiting with high business IQ; should have the ability and curiosity to learn a business quickly and connect overarching business needs to the roles theyre filling. null
