Job Title: Senior UiPath Developer

Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid or Remote Optional)

Salary Range: $120,000 – $140,000 base salary annually (depending on experience)

About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior UiPath Developer to lead the design, development, and implementation of end-to-end automation solutions using UiPath . The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with RPA, a solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), and a strong ability to translate business processes into scalable automation workflows. Experience with Appian or other BPM tools is highly preferred .

As a senior member of our automation team, you will play a critical role in shaping intelligent automation strategies and delivering impactful automation solutions that drive operational efficiency across business functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop advanced RPA solutions using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and REFramework.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and build scalable bots.
• Ensure all automation components align with compliance, security, and development standards.
• Build and maintain reusable libraries and templates to accelerate development cycles.
• Lead peer code reviews, mentor junior developers, and contribute to RPA Center of Excellence.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize deployed bots in production environments.
• Partner with BPM architects to integrate RPA solutions with Appian workflows and processes (if applicable).
• Provide technical guidance and best practices for automation governance.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with UiPath RPA tools (Studio, Orchestrator, REFramework).
• Proven experience designing and deploying complex RPA solutions in enterprise environments.
• Proficiency in VB.NET/C#, Python, or similar programming languages.
• Strong knowledge of APIs, web services, and integration patterns.
• Familiarity with SQL Server, Excel, and data manipulation.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Appian BPM, process modeling, or integrations is highly desirable.
• UiPath Advanced Developer Certification (or equivalent).
• Knowledge of AI/ML integrations, OCR tools (e.g., ABBYY, Document Understanding), and attended/unattended bot orchestration.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Background in financial services, healthcare, or manufacturing industries a plus.
