ManTech is seeks a motivated, career-oriented SIGINT Compliance Analyst to support a critical mission in Ft. Meade, MD. The successful candidate will enhance the customer's ability to manage mission authorities in a cohesive and integrated manner across enterprise elements.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Coordinate Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) applications in a high-tempo environment, ensuring effective engagement with customers and stakeholders.Analyze legal and policy documents related to FISA authorities to extract and apply key operational information in compliance with established procedures.Support the development and maintenance of operations and compliance controls, especially during customer stakeholder reviews, to ensure integration of legal and policy requirements into streamlined processes.Ensure timely access to mission-critical data by managing tracking systems and document repositories.Assist in the preparation and verification of FISA applications, working closely with the customer, Office of General Counsel, and the U.S. Department of Justice.Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and user guides to support operational consistency and compliance.Utilize task management and documentation platforms (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) for workflow tracking and collaboration.Produce comprehensive reports, metrics, trend analyses, and briefings tailored to customer and stakeholder audiences. Basic QualificationsMinimum of 2 years of experience in the Intelligence Community.Bachelor's degree, or 4 additional years of experience in lieu of a degree.Strong oral and written communication skills.Proven ability to work independently and meet deadlines under tight time constraints.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including use of formulas) and PowerPoint for analysis and briefing development.Problem-solving skills and ability to engage customers to enhance and evolve existing processes. Preferred QualificationsFamiliarity with SIGINT authorities, compliance policies, and associated intelligence processes. Security ClearanceMust hold an active TS/SCI with polygraph. Physical RequirementsAbility to remain in a stationary position for approximately 50% of the time.Frequent operation of computers and other office equipment (e.g., calculator, copier, printer).Regular communication with team members and stakeholders, including participation in briefings and presentations.
