Are you a highly motivated individual with outstanding customer service skills, eager to become a technical expert? We are seeking Solutions Care Representatives with experience working in financial services. In this call center environment, you will primarily work with financial professionals, their assistants, and Brokerage General Agencies (BGA).

As the selected candidate, you will provide support to callers during all phases of the application process from submission to when the policy is finalized. You will offer technical support and guidance for e-Application systems, give status updates on pending applications and their current requirements, and educate on specific processes and procedures.

Classroom training will be 9am - 4:30pm, Monday - Friday for the first 4 weeks. Regular work hours will be 11:30am to 8pm Monday through Thursday and 9:30am to 6pm on Friday.

This is an excellent opportunity for professional development with potential to transition into Case Management. Training will be a 5-week program, and after an initial 8 weeks of full-time in-office work, a hybrid schedule (Tuesday and Wednesday in office) may be available based on performance.

Must Haves:

• Undergraduate degree in finance, business administration, insurance, economics, and communications preferred.
• One year of experience in customer service, sales related occupations.
• Knowledge of various insurance products and the sales process.
• Solid understanding of the state and local laws necessary to understand the legal implications of certain product features in different states.
• Proficiency with computers and common office software.
• Ability to understand general aspects of plan/contract and utilizes technology to enhance conversations with customers. Other criteria, including leadership skills, competencies and experiences may take precedence.
