Role Summary

As Sr. FICO Analyst, Product Costing you will join the Global Financial Systems within the Enterprise Technology organization. You will be supporting the manufacturing accounting business processes primarily focused on product costing and repetitive manufacturing process. This opening will be located at our Normal, IL facility and reports directly to the Sr Staff, Financial Systems Analyst.


Responsibilities

  • Provide implementation and application technical/functional support in the SAP FI-CO module focused on manufacturing accounting processes such as but not limited to: COGI, reporting and key metrics, material ledger, and month-end product cost activities.
  • Accountable for the design, implementation and support of SAP Product Costing with repetitive manufacturing process (but not limited to costing only).
  • Define and establish right size processes to enable productive use of resources.
  • Design and deliver high quality, low-cost solutions to meet current and future business needs.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders and business partners to fully understand current processes and areas of improvement. 
  • Leads or conducts requirements management activities, as necessary, ensuring that the impact of changes is well understood and approved by the appropriate stakeholders within the organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, similar field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of experience SAP Product Costing and FI-CO module in SAP S/4 HANA configuration, implementation, and support.
  • Hands on configuration knowledge of end-to-end product costing and its integration with production planning, manufacturing, and procurement.
  • Experience collaborating with solution integrators, corporate IT team, business process owners to plan, implement, and test SAP implementations and future system/process enhancements in our production systems landscape.  
  • Continuous learning and application of technologies to achieve desired business, architectural, and productivity outcomes.
  • Ability to build positive relationships with key stakeholders, business partners, and other functions involved in downstream technical processes.

Pay Disclosure

Pay Range: $79,700 - $99,600 (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law).

Benefits Summary: Rivian provides robust medical/Rx, dental and vision insurance packages for full-time employees, their spouse or domestic partner, and children up to age 26. Coverage is effective on the first day of employment.
