Job Description

A Fortune 50 financial services company is seeking a highly motivated Training Logistics Specialist for our client in the Pensacola, Florida area. In this role, the Training Logistics Specialist will assist with the creation and maintenance of training schedules and reports, provide daily operational support, and act as a backup for the current Training Logistics Specialist.

About the Opportunity:

• Schedule: Monday to Friday
• Hours: 8am to 4:30pm (CST)
• Setting: Hybrid (Onsite at least 2 days a week)

Responsibilities:

• Develop, monitor, and update quarterly training schedules in coordination with Workforce Operations (WFO) and Training Supervisors
• Assign the certified Trainers to scheduled classes based on availability and business needs
• Manage ongoing adjustments to training schedules throughout the quarter to reflect business unit changes
• Generate and distribute training-related reports to internal stakeholders
• Respond to daily inquiries from the REL Help Desk regarding training logistics
• Schedule classroom speakers and manage classroom usage
• Utilize Schedule It software to manage all scheduling functions
• Serve as a backup to the current Training Logistics Specialist to ensure continuity in case of absence or turnover
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective training delivery

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in training coordination, logistics, or scheduling roles
• Proficiency with scheduling tools
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with a wide range of stakeholders
• High attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
