Automotive Parts Manager Ryan Chevrolet, Minot ND

We are seeking an experienced Parts Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inventory management, customer service, and a passion for the role. As the Parts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the parts department, ensuring the availability of products, managing inventory levels, and providing excellent service to our customers. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily operations of the parts department, including inventory control, ordering, and stocking of parts.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory levels and ensure timely availability of parts.
  • Supervise and mentor parts department staff, providing training and support as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory and sales transactions.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including service and sales, to improve overall customer experience.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding parts availability and pricing.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in parts management or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficient in using inventory management software and manuals
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of automotive or machinery parts preferred.
