JP’s Family Restaurant is currently hiring one or a team of reliable and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team. We’re a busy, family-run restaurant committed to cleanliness and safety for both our staff and guests.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain all areas of the restaurant, including dining room, kitchen, and restrooms
• Restock cleaning and hygiene supplies as needed
• Perform deep cleaning of kitchen equipment and high-traffic areas on a weekly basis
• Handle cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and responsibly
• Follow all health department and safety guidelines

Qualifications:

• Previous janitorial or cleaning experience in a commercial kitchen or restaurant setting required
• Ability to lift and move equipment and supplies (up to 50 lbs)
• Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and proper safety practices (MSDS knowledge preferred)
• Ability to work independently and follow a consistent cleaning schedule
• Must be dependable and punctual
