Key Responsibilities:
Manage client accounts and serve as the main point of contact for clients
Ensure client satisfaction through regular communication, updates, and issue resolution
Coordinate and oversee project timelines, deliverables, and internal teams
Provide ongoing support to clients to ensure their needs are met
Identify opportunities for upselling or expanding services with current clients
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in account management or client services (preferably in [industry])
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Familiarity with remote work tools (e.g., Slack, Asana, Trello)
Must be based in the United States or Europe
