Engineers are creators of new world with Electronics & Communication is one of the most exciting branch and has been contributing tremendously to this. The branch ELECTRONICS stands for “ Ever Learning Ever Creative Through Research On setting New Inventions Comforting Society ” is at the cross roads between hardware and software leading to learning over wide spectrum which includes communication systems, VLSI design, Embedded systems, Digital signal processing, controls systems, Electromagnetic fields and waves, Antennas, Microwaves and Radars, Microprocessors and Microcontrollers, IOT, Electric Vehicle, Robotics, Machine learning etc. This integrates to create better, safer technologies like Electric Car, aircrafts, mobiles, smartphones, SurgicalRobots.
The Department provides a very good ambience for learning and development as it Encompasses with a healthy blend of experienced professors with Ph.D. qualifications and young highly efficient staff members with most of them currently undergoing research with rich experience in teaching. Also there are many research papers being published in reputed international and national journals by various staff members including few patents.
There is an excellent infrastructure in the department which houses all the labs and caters to the experiments over and above stipulated by the university curriculum. To keep in pace with the compatibility of industry requirement students will regularly undergo skill development workshops from various industries in the department. Apart from these there are also Seminars and Guest Lecture talks from top academicians and industrial experts.
Since the staffs are from diverse fields and with their committed teaching makes the student to have an all-round development with discipline. The teaching is carried out starting from the basic concepts to higher level learning synergetic with hands-on experimentation. The teaching methods go from chalk and talk to ICT tools. To bridge the gap between institute and industry for the high dynamic changes taking place in technology the department has signed MOU with professional bodies like IETE, IEEE and various industries. Department has developed humanoid robots for Indore Airport and Indore Traffic police. Industry standard Mitsubishi 8kg robtic arm is also available in the Department to give students exposure in area of the robotics. Department also has a center of excellence in the area of Electric Vehicle.
In a nutshell, with all-round facilities, a study journey in AITR Electronics will lead to a very fruitful career in your life.

Android Lab is Robotic Arm Lab is a facility where students research & professionals can study various design aspects of Robotics Arm & Flexible Manufacturing System (FMS) by using AI based Mitsubishi Industrial Robot & FMS
RF and Microwave Lab is well equipped with wide range of antennas as well as equipments required for the setup.
Innovation and Incubation (Tinkering Lab) is a facility where students & Researchers can design, build & test Robots for various application. This lab is equipped with various tools & instrument such as sensors, microcontroller.
Embedded Lab is well equipped with all necessary microprocessor and microcontroller with equipments for communication practicals.
IoT lab is equipped with embedded boards like Raspberry Pi-4B, ESP-8266, Arduino Uno and different sensors.
Software Lab is equipped with 60 highly configured computer systems with all necessary softwaretools like Arduino IDE, Tina Pro, Eagle etc.
Communication Systems
In this laboratory, our students are trained for constructing the circuits for analog and digital modulations. The concepts of all type of modulation & demodulation, and recent communication techniques are demonstrated using available hardware and software
Electric Vehicle Training and Research Center
EVs used lead acid or nickel metal hydride batteries, the standard for modern battery electric vehicles is now considered to be lithium ion batteries as they have a greater longevity and are excellent at retaining energy
Electronics Devices and Circuits
Electronic Devices and Circuits, deals with the design and applications of electronic devices and circuits such as passive components, diodes, triodes and transistors, rectification and power supplies, amplifying circuits, electronic instruments, and oscillators
Digicomm semiconductors
Department signed an MOU with an Industry Digicomm semiconductors Bangalore to conduct job oriented training programmer in the area of Integrated Circuit Design. Training module design and delivered by the trainers from the Industry using Industry standard Cadence designing tool. It is a 100% placement oriented training programmer in the area of I.C.
