The internal SIH (Smart India Hackathon) Hackathon aims to stimulate innovation and problem-solving within our organization. By providing a platform for employees to collaboratively address internal challenges, the hackathon fosters creativity, teamwork, and a solution-driven mindset. Participants work on real-time projects, applying their skills to devise innovative solutions, enhancing productivity, and addressing organizational needs. This internal hackathon serves as a catalyst for intra-team collaboration, skill development, and knowledge exchange, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and fostering a sense of ownership and pride among employees in their ability to contribute to the organization’s growth and efficiency. Through this event, we inspired students to think creatively, develop problem-solving skills, and contribute to solving real-world problems
